2026, Fineshade (Follows).
Observations: A rare migrant species to the UK (only seven records noted from 2000 in The Atlas of Britain & Ireland's Larger Moths - published 2019) which was temporarily established in single localities in Kent and East Sussex in the late 1940s and early 1950s. Otherwise, it is known as an immigrant species, mainly to the south and south-east. The species inhabits woodland habitat and normally flies between May and June on The Continent. Larval foodplant is Oak. An image of the actual moth is opposite/below.
